Management

Management consists of phases 6 and 7. In these two steps, the project moves forward with the chosen resources. Management involves continuous monitoring of the business activities, which will help to understand whether the strategies implemented are working, what needs to be redesigned and where to intervene.

In this phase, excellent communication between the client and the outsourced company is essential in order to make objective assessments and to have clear and truthful feedback on the company’s logistics performance. The subcontractor is that added value in terms of execution and control.
