There are various circumstances in which we may find that we need to return a parcel. What does it mean to return a parcel?<\/h2>\n

Returning a parcel means sending back, to the shop or seller, a product or item that was previously purchased<\/strong>. This may be because the product does not meet the buyer’s expectations, is damaged or defective, or simply because we have changed our mind about our purchase. Returning a package may require following certain procedures and meeting certain requirements set by the seller or the shipping company<\/strong>, such as providing proof of purchase and sending the product in good condition. What are the requirements for returning a package and what do they depend on?<\/h2>\n

The requirements for returning a package depend on the return policy of the seller or shipping company<\/strong>, and generally include:<\/p>\n

  • Doing so before the end of the stated return period<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Provide proof of purchase<\/strong> (invoice, receipt, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Follow the return instructions<\/strong> provided by the seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In general, after sending the return request, the seller will contact us to inform us of the acceptance<\/strong> (or non-acceptance). The reply must necessarily arrive within 2 working days, otherwise we may send a claim. If our request is accepted, we will receive an email with the return label<\/strong>, which we can print directly from the returns section of the website<\/strong> or from the email.<\/p>\n

    Some sellers use slightly different procedures from the standard and may therefore proceed by sending an email with special return instructions<\/strong>. Normally, shipping costs<\/strong>, when returning items purchased from third parties, are borne by the customer<\/strong>. However, if we receive an item that does not conform to the description, is damaged or defective, we are normally entitled to a full refund of the amount spent.<\/p>\n

    Generally, we can return a package to the original shipping location<\/strong> or to any other branch designated by the shipping company<\/strong> or shop that sold it to us. It is also possible to return the package by mail or by sending it to the address specified by the company or shop <\/strong>– be sure to follow the specific return policies<\/strong> of the company or shop!<\/p>\n
